Founder Member & Executive Director

Beatrice leads the Foundation's mission to empower young women's movement programs in the country. Empower both young women living with HIV/AIDS and non HIV/AIDS through advocacy, education and economic programs. Beatrice Strives to make sure the foundation archives its sustainable goals.

Program Coordinator

Regina oversees the implementation of the GBV program and Gender equality for all girls, women and young women living with HIV.

Tusikile ensure health related programs, ensuring health care access and support for young women both living with HIV/AIDs and non living with HIV/AIDs health-related programs, ensuring healthcare access and support for young women.

Our Key Projects

Focused on empowering young women, fighting stigma, and promoting equality in Mpanda District, Lake Tanganyika in Katavi Region, Tabora Urban, and Sikonge.

Education and Scholarship Program

Providing a 50% scholarship through Pearlicy Secondary School, along with mentorship programs, school supplies, and educational support for young women, regardless of age, gender, or HIV status.

Health and Wellness for Women

Offering healthcare services, including HIV testing, counseling, and reproductive health education, empowering young women to live healthy and fulfilling lives.

Economic Empowerment & Vocational Training

Providing vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and micro-loans to help young women establish businesses and achieve financial independence.

Advocacy and Women’s Rights Movement

Our movement focuses on promoting young women’s rights to make independent decisions in all spheres, with a special focus on social and economic empowerment.

Reducing Stigma and Raising Awareness

Through community workshops, campaigns, and public speaking events, we work to eliminate stigma associated with HIV and empower young women to thrive without discrimination.

Support for Rural Communities

Expanding resources to underserved areas such as Mpanda District, Lake Tanganyika in Katavi, Tabora Urban, and Sikonge, ensuring young women receive the support they need in their communities.

Our wish to Expand into Kigoma in order to Expanding health and wellness programs, ensuring women in rural areas have access to essential healthcare services, empowerd on their Rights and can take charge in improving their well being.
